Any commercial entity [sole trader/partnership/limited liability company] can apply for a Trade Account facility with Mallia Group Limited. Any applicant will have a proven track record of purchasing and making payments by the due date.
Two trade references are required (these cannot be from a company owned/part owned by you or your company or in which you have any other interest.). Occasionally we may request additional references, depending on those supplied. Please also note that you should supply references that you pay in the same manner that you intend to pay your account with us (i.e. if you will be paying us by internet banking, please supply references for accounts paid in the same way).
We would strongly recommend you utilise our online application form, which also allows you to upload supporting documents, such as proof of ID and trade references.
You can, if you prefer, download the application form and either fax or post this to us.
Subject to receiving a complete application and being able to successfully contact the references, we normally expect to be able to contact you with our decision within 10 business days of receiving your completed application form and supporting documents.
We accept payments by internet banking, cheque, cash, credit card (Visa or Mastercard only) and PayPal. You will find this information on your quote or invoice.

Payment for accounts is on or by the 20th of the month following invoicing in accordance with our Terms of Trade.
A 50% deposit will be payable upon order, the rest payable upon collection of the goods or installation.
If you require products urgently, these will need to be paid for at the point of sale until such time as your application has been processed.
The standard credit limit for new accounts is between $3000 and $5000, depending on your account history with us and application.
We’ll register your purchase using your Smart Trade loyalty account and you will receive 1 point for every dollar spent with us.
